Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for architecture to contribute to a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in all phases of design and construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior architects and project managers in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations for architectural projects.
  • Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and building codes to support design development and documentation.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers to integrate design solutions and meet project requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project coordination meetings to support project progress and communication.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related field is preferred, but recent graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered. (Freshers can also apply)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
  • Strong design and visualization skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through drawings, renderings, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
