WordPress Development Lead

Solvative is seeking a passionate and experienced WordPress Developer Lead to join our growing team in Ahmedabad, India (Remote-friendly position)

About You

Are you a WordPress guru with a knack for leadership? We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5+ years of experience building complex WordPress applications and a strong understanding of the entire WordPress ecosystem. You'll be responsible for leading our team of developers in crafting beautiful, functional, and secure WordPress websites and applications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the WordPress development teamArchitect, design, and develop complex WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalitiesEnsure best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimizationCollaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into exceptional WordPress experiencesImplement cutting-edge technologies like ReactJS for dynamic front-end developmentOversee the use of version control systems (Git) and project management toolsFoster a collaborative and high-performing development environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in advanced WordPress developmentMastery of WordPress core functionalities, custom theme development, plugin development, and theme modificationsIn-depth knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryStrong understanding of ReactJS and best practicesAbility to write clean, well-documented, and standards-compliant codeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA team player with a passion for innovation and growthAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
