Emotional intelligence to manage emotions effectively in customer interactions, ensuring positive engagement. Analytical skills to assess situations critically and make informed decisions that align with business objectives. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals and improve overall service efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries. Utilize CRM software to efficiently document customer interactions and manage data accurately. Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any operational issues. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by following established procedures. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for quick resolution. Assist in backend operations by performing data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required. Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay updated on company products, policies, and services. Contribute to team performance and achievement of service standards and operational goals.
