  1. Basic knowledge in BM Process

2.Work independently to engineer, design and develop extrusion blow molds.

  1. Ability to review sample part, blueprints, 2D or 3D drawings and translate into mold in Solid Works per customer specifications, including surface finish requirements of molded part.

  2. Responsible for creation of detailed CAD drawings with all dimensions, holes, water lines, necks, knives, cutters, spin domes, deflash punching, and any other pertinent mold component for manufacturing.

  3. Responsible for creation of Bills of Material for procurement and manufacturing of blow mold.

  4. Monitor manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.

  5. Provide technical advice and assist in troubleshooting design issues within manufacturing department.

  6. Provide technical advice and assist in troubleshooting with Rocheleau field service and with customers.

  7. Collaborate with team members and customers on validation and run off during factory acceptance testing.
