Financial Analyst

to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.The ideal candidate should be hands-on and willing to jump in whatever necessary. We are looking for a careful, hardworking, and diligent person, that can multi-task several things at once, and stay on top of the entire checklist of things.

Responsibilities :Preparation, review and analyzing financial statements and reportsIdentifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendationsTracking KPIs and preparing financial reportsAssisting with budgeting and monthly close processesUnderstanding key business drivers and preparation of various MIS reportsAssisting project teams with financial guidanceDeveloping financial projections and building financial modelsPerforming research and analysis as requiredEnsuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

Skills:MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/ Equivalent qualification.2+ years of experience in

financial planning, analysis, and modelingStrong

Accounting KnowledgeAbility to present financial information to a non-financial audienceWorking knowledge of

financial strategiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsDetail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in

Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
