Primary Responsibilities:

Brand Visual Identity Management

Develop and articulate a comprehensive brand visual identity strategy aligned with Encora's business objectives.Define, enforce, and rectify guidelines for visual elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery to ensure consistent brand representation across all digital and print platforms.

Design Leadership

Lead the design and evolution of Encora's visual identity, working closely with design teams to produce high-quality brand assets.Provide creative direction to the design teams for the development of visually stunning collateral, maintaining alignment with the established brand visual identity.Run quality checks on visuals created by the design team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and design best practicesOwn the design project management tool to ensure design team efficiency

Website Design

Oversee the design of the company website, ensuring alignment with the brand visual identityCollaborate with web developers to create an engaging and user-friendly online experienceProduce and implement design elements that enhance the overall website aesthetics and functionalityCreate visually appealing and intuitive website designs that reflect the brand personality and valuesEnsure the implementation of UI and UX best practices in website design

Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate brand visual elements into marketing campaigns.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong collaborative relationships to understand design needs.

Brand Monitoring and Analysis

Implement strategies for monitoring the effectiveness of brand visual identity initiatives.Ensure that visuals enhance and support the overall campaign objectives and are aligned with overall brand visual guidelines

Role Requirements

10+ years of experience in brand design and visual identity management, in the

B2B technology sector

.Proven track record of leading successful brand visual identity initiatives.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of B2B brand design projects in the

technology and/or IT services domainBachelor's degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proficiency in design software and tools – Figma, Adobe Creative CloudExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends.Ability to lead and inspire a design team.Deep expertise of UI and UX best practices and trendsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand visual identity consistency.Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
