About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Sales in creative and tech-based innovative content solutions, including influencer marketing, content production, social media, meme marketing, mixed reality, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, a target-driven approach, and proven experience in building client bases and expanding into new regions. The bottom-line is meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline and Target Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and be focussed on target achievement on a monthly basis.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients for creative and tech-based innovative content solutions. Utilize strong network & prospect for new clients.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales across multiple solutions such as influencer marketing, meme marketing, content production, social media strategies, etc. This list will grow to include more online/offline solutions.
- Market Expansion: Prospect and expand into new markets/ sell a bouquet of solutions to existing clients. Combination of Hunting and Farming role.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8-15 years in business development and sales, with a focus on media and technology. Proven track-record of building new clients and/or regions and selling creative and technology-based solutions.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing client bases.
- Industry Knowledge and Learnability: Familiarity with content, technology and offline solutions and be open to learn and sell new solutions. High degree of learnability.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ownership: Independently drive sales with minimum oversight.
