Job Description :


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and reactive programming principles.


This role requires a passion for developing high-quality, scalable applications and the ability to mentor junior developers.


Key Responsibilities :


- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications using Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.


- Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.


- Frameworks and Libraries: Utilize Spring and Spring Boot frameworks for building robust and efficient applications.


- Implement reactive programming principles to build responsive and resilient applications.


Java Upgrades and Enhancements: Leverage the features of Java 11+ to optimize and enhance application performance.


- Stay updated with the latest Java developments and integrate them into existing projects.


Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based architectures to ensure modularity and scalability.


- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.


Database Management:


- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.


- Design and optimize database schemas and queries.


- Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.


- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.


Deployment and DevOps: Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes. Ensure the reliability and scalability of applications through effective DevOps practices.


Required Skills: Core Java: Strong proficiency in Core Java with extensive experience in Java 11+ features.


Spring Framework: In-depth knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.


Reactive Programming: Experience with reactive programming paradigms and frameworks such as Project Reactor or RxJava.


Microservices: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.


Database Technologies: Proficiency in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.


API Development: Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.


DevOps and CI/CD: Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).


Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.


Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.

Cloud Platforms :


Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


Agile Methodologies :


- Familiarity with Agile development practices.


Problem-Solving Skills :


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
