Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for RFQ & Order Management working. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market knowledge, and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.


2. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Workout Costings for RFQ & manage order fulfillment to achieve sales targets.


3. Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager and other team members to align business development strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.


4.Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage business development projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.


5.Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results for management review.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years in Business Development, preferably in the manufacturing or oil & gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry, including market dynamics and key players.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
