Job title : Tech Lead (React.js & Python) Workplace type : Hybrid Job location : Bangalore Employment type : Contract (6 months), IST Job description : We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead proficient in both React.js and Python to lead the development of scalable web applications in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical strategy, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing and developing robust front-end and back-end solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing sprints and code reviews efficiently. The role demands flexibility due to the hybrid work model and a pay cycle of 45 days. Mendatory Skills : 6–10 years of full-stack development experience with React.js and Python Strong expertise in RESTful API design and integration Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux) and Python frameworks (Django, Flask) Proficiency in database design (SQL & NoSQL) Experience leading and mentoring development teams Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Good to have : Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Exposure to microservices architecture Understanding of front-end UI/UX best practices
