Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic BPI Project Support Engineer to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have a excellent problem-solving skills and attention to

detail with strong written and verbal communication skill . Foundation in Core Java,

Database, CI/CD deployment, and a basic understanding of Private and Public Cloud

services like AWS is required . Knowledge of Kubernetes is an added advantage.

This is a remote position based out of India, and the successful candidate will be

expected to work during US time zones.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support for the BPI projects, including troubleshooting and

problem resolution and general support.

2. Work during US time zones to ensure smooth communication with global team

members.

3.Work in maintenance releases for BPI CRT team

4.Use Core Java and Database knowledge to develop and optimize project small

features .

5.Work with private and public cloud platforms like Open stack and AWS for bug

fixing ang debugging .

6.Collaborate with team members to improve project quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

2.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5.Willingness to work during US time zones.

6.Proficient in Core Java and Database management.

7.Experience with CI/CD is required.

8.Basic understanding of private and public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

9.Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.
