Required Skills & Qualifications:COMPANY BUDGET- 5-6 LPA- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.- 2-5years of experience in Order Processing / Sales Support.- Candidates Preferred only manufacturing company.Key responsibilities:-1. Order Processing:- Manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely order booking.- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance) for smooth order fulfillment.- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to meet delivery deadlines.2. New Customer Registration:- Handle new customer creation in SAP as per company guidelines.- Verify and validate customer details and coordinate with relevant teams for approvals.- Maintain up-to-date customer master data in the system.3. Handling of Credit & Debit Notes:- Process customer credit and debit notes accurately in SAP.- Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales Teams for timely issuance.4. Preparation of MIS Reports:- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to order processing, pending orders, dispatches, and customer accounts.- Provide accurate data analysis to support management decisions.- Maintain records and share regular updates with stakeholders.5. SAP Proficiency:- Operate SAP (preferably SAP HANA) efficiently for all sales & distribution activities.- Ensure all entries and transactions are compliant and updated in real time.- Support the team in any SAP-related troubleshooting for order processing tasks.
