Job Description :

A Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) with an emphasis on the Advanced Warehousing Module plays a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft's D365 solutions to enhance an organization's supply chain and warehouse operations. Below is a detailed overview of the typical responsibilities, required qualifications, and essential skills for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation and Configuration : Lead the deployment and setup of D365 SCM and Advanced Warehousing modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Technical Design and Customization : Develop technical design documents and customize the D365 platform to meet specific organizational needs, including the integration of third-party systems.

- Data Migration and Integration : Oversee data migration processes and ensure seamless integration between D365 and other enterprise systems, such as shipping, barcoding, labeling, e-banking, and EDI solution

- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements to maintain optimal performance of the D365 environment.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Training and Documentation : Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users and team members are proficient in utilizing the system.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

- Certifications : Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and related technologies are highly desirable.

Essential Skills :

- Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, particularly the Advanced Warehousing module, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

- Analytical Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.

- Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs.
