Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer (SDE-3) who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems. You will play a critical role in improving system performance, architecture, and reliability, collaborating closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure microservices in Golang. Work on API design , data modeling , and system architecture to support millions of daily active users. Optimize and refactor existing services for better performance and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features. Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions and architecture reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang . Strong understanding of concurrency , microservices architecture , and distributed systems . Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , gRPC , and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines , unit testing , and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time systems .
