Here at Level Access, our focus is on delivering elite solutions and crafting an inclusive digital experience for everyone. Interested in accessibility and teamwork? Join our team, a perfect fit for you Responsibilities: Remediate PDF documents for accessibility standards including WCAG, PDF/UA, and Section 508, ensuring flawless execution. Remediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint details to meet strict accessibility standards. Collaborate optimally with internal teams and partners to determine the best remediation strategies. Clearly communicate remediation processes, progress, and results to team members and clients. Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on finalized documents to ensure they meet high standards. Document changes made during the remediation process to maintain transparency and accuracy. Check every final document using assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA to confirm accessibility and usability for screen reader users. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of hands-on document remediation experience, showcasing your ability to successfully implement accessibility solutions. Expertise with Adobe Acrobat Pro and the Microsoft Office Suite, proving your technical proficiency. Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA), to ensure you can verify document accessibility. Knowledge of accessibility standards and protocols, reflecting your dedication to inclusion. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability to compete on a world-class level. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within our team.
