3. Reporting and monitoring of business data for third party products distributed by the Company to Head of Risk

4. Review of Product Notes to be placed before the Governance forums

6. Review of due diligence carried out by the Company as a Merchant Banker in the Public Issuance transactions

7. Track various calenderised activities under the various policies of the Company, including :

a. Product and Process Approval framework

b. Corporate Business Continuity Plan

c. Record Retention Policy of the Company

d. Outsourcing Policy

4. Track various actionable of the Board Level committees and the Product and process Approval Committee

5. Create awareness for various Policies of the Company through periodic mailers / tests / other initiatives

6. Conduct reviews of various adhoc issues reported from time to time

7. Manage and prioritize work load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
