Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1) Atleast 5 + years of experience in Data Networking & Security end to end administration.
2) Hands-on experience in installing and configuring network equipment’s including Routers, proxy servers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, DNS and DHCP .
3) Must have worked on technologies including IP Addressing, Subnetting, NATTING, Routing Protocols (RIP,OSPF,EIGRP,BGP) ,ACL , Configuring and Managing VLANS,STP,VPN and must have strong troubleshooting skill. Knowledge on Network Simulators. Wireless Network and Monitoring tools.
4} Strong communication and articulation skill to impart the training /knowledge sharing to peers and junior associates
5) Having a prior training knowledge as a Trainer / Technical training facilitator is an advantage, and secondary skill in Windows or Linux or VMWare will be an added advantage.
