Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager who will administer sound financial practices and processes, ensuring the financial health of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, along with a deep understanding of both domestic and international finance laws and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the accounting department's daily operations within the company.

2.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

3.Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

4.Manage the preparation and filing of statutory returns, such as GST, TDS, and income tax returns.

5.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

6.Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.

7.Create and manage financial forecasting models.

8.Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

9.Monitor the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

10.Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.

11.Research and analyse financial reports and market trends.

12.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

13.Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams for export documentation, customs clearance, etc.

14.Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.

15.Provide support to other departments, such as sales and operations, on financial matters.

16.Manage team members within your department.

Skills required:

1) Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred (No Distance Education).

2) Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a relevant role within a manufacturing/export company.

3) Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.

4) In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

5) Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

6) Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., Tally, Zoho).

7) An analytical mind with strategic abilities.

8) Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

9) Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

10) Familiarity with the regulatory standards of accounting and finance in India and overseas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
