The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
  • Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, both online and over the phone.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
  • Monitor lobby area for cleanliness and order.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.+

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
