KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory checks, as well as keeping a tidy and organized Store. Manage daily issuance against work orders. Receiving of parts, physically and maintaining the inventory in our inventory system, IFS-10 Shipping of parts, including all relevant paperwork as when required. Managing tools room, purchase and sending for repair and calibration as when instructed. Tool room management Maintain a strong focus on safety, promptly reporting any risky situations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on 5S.

SKILLS:

Bachelor degree (B.sc/ BA/B.com), technical grade (B.tech) would be an added advantage Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbally IT skills in Microsoft Office tools, ERP and cloud-based information sharing solutions such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Proficiency in Gujarati is necessary.

The position reports WH Manager SCO Buyers The position will also need to network with the Finance department locally, & with the GSC
