Job Overview:

We're looking for a Social Media Executive to bring our brand's voice to life across platforms. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Manager to execute strategies, identify what's trending (and what's not), and handle the day-to-day posting schedule with precision. If staying updated on the latest tools, trends, and features excites you as much as a trending reel—this role has your name on it. Oh, and if you can handle ORM like a pro, you've already earned bonus points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Social Media Manager in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Identify the latest trends, memes, tools, and platform features to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Manage the daily posting schedule across platforms, ensuring content goes out at the right time, to the right people.
  • Monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM)—responding to comments, feedback, and reviews with a cool head and the perfect tone.
  • Ideate, suggest, and share engaging content (yes, the kind that stops thumbs and sparks conversations).
  • Collaborate with designers, content, and social teams to produce scroll-stopping campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and tweak strategies as needed.
  • Stay glued to the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to help us innovate constantly.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, foods category or an agency
  • A proven passion for social media
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and social listening tools will be a bonus
  • Solid understanding of ORM strategies and community management.
  • Eye for detail, timing, and what makes content go viral.
  • Ability to juggle multiple platforms and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • A love for trends, memes, and cultural moments—and the ability to turn them into brand gold.
