Job Description We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who has the following Specialties:   - Project Management - Development Management - Project Development Advisory - Real Estate Advisory – Technical & Regulatory Due Diligence and Monitoring - Project Audit - Financial Modelling - Finance Closure - Financial Due Diligence   Desired Profile:   §   Civil engineering graduate + Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or §   Civil engineering graduate + PG after engineering (Preferred) §   Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, delivery skills §   Experience in cost consultancy/ billing department/ site execution/experience in working at the cost control division of the Developer §   Knowledge of the SAP system would be an added advantage Requirements Key Roles & Responsibilities:   §   Understanding of detailed rates for construction activities Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, consultant fees, and other costs allied to construction activities. §   Checking project costing, budget & cash flow of the project for baseline. §   Checking RA bills, invoices & PO’s of a project. §   Understanding of contracts & contract methodology. §   Project Cost monitoring on a periodical basis (monthly, quarterly). §   On a need basis, conduct physical site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress, and summarize the findings and examinations. §   To prepare/track Construction schedules of construction projects §   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail. §   Keep abreast of the latest developments in various real estate sectors, construction technology, and disruptions across multiple Requirements Position: Site Supervisor – Civil (Residential, Interior & Internal Finishes) Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai Reporting To: Junior Project Engineer – Civil / Senior Project Engineer – Civil Role Overview The Site Supervisor – Civil will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of civil, structural, interior, and finishing works. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily civil and finishing works such as plastering, flooring, painting, carpentry. • Ensure works are executed as per drawings and engineer instructions. • Manage site labour and track productivity. • Monitor material usage and report shortages. • Maintain site checklists for quality and safety compliance. • Assist in measurement verification for billing. • Report daily progress and deviations. • Ensure workforce follows safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills • Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering.
