Lookout: We are seeking a dynamic System Test Architect for an esteemed client of ours who is on a mission to lead the digital transformation of molecular diagnostics.

Today, they are at an exciting growth phase and an inflection point for the company as they expand the development of its technology, commercial and administrative teams, and partner ecosystems that will help bring to market an array of industry-redefining products.

Position Summary:

The successful System Test Architect candidate will report to the Vice President of Engineering and will work closely with other functions of the company, including technology, marketing, services, and operations. The System Test Architect is responsible for improving Customer perception of quality by ensuring all the applications developed as a part of new product introduction satisfy customer needs. A successful System tester would do both verification and validation of the product.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously improve the system-level test strategy in compliance with the quality criteria set by the organization.Create and execute test cases that cover Customer specific scenarios covering Functional and non-functional requirements /usage scenariosDefine the test plans needed to be executed at the manufacturing siteContinuously improve the test design and execution process to improve efficiency & prevent defect leakages to the field.Part of the team responsible for making a Go/No-Go decision on the release readiness of the productUpkeep of the test infrastructureIdentify and proactively work with various stakeholders to resolve any risks associated with the deliverablesDocument and communicate the processes and metrics to various stakeholders in the organization

Required Skills:

Prior experience in testing software on actual and/or emulated hardwareGood Understanding of industry standards such as IEC 62304 for testing medical devices and IEEE 730 for Software QA ProcessesDemonstrated an ability to architect the test design for a complex product/systemProven experience in working with various interfaces and industry-standard protocols in data acquisitionGood understanding of system designPrior Experience in designing/implementing/delivering test automation projects to improve the efficiency of the V&V processWorking knowledge in CI/CD and hands-on experience in tools like JenkinsUnderstanding of test management and project planning tools like JiraAbility to understand the "connected" devices concept to work with public and private cloud configurations.Strong aptitude, proactive communication, and an ability to learn fast.Open to relocate to Bangalore.Open to travel internationally

Qualification:

Must have Bachelor's/Masters in engineering10+ years of experience in System testing of healthcare equipment/ medical devices / industrial grade products / critical infrastructure
