Job Description:- Lead and mentor a team of FPGA IP design engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence- Drive the architecture, design, verification, and implementation of soft IP cores for FPGA platform- Module-level IP design contributor with system-level expertise- Collaborate with product management, hardware, and software teams to define IP requirements and specifications- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to meet delivery timelines and quality standards- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IP design and verification- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges- Support customer engagements, including technical presentations and issue resolutionRequirements/Qualifications:- BSEE/ MSEE under Electronics or Electronics/ Telecommunications Engineering department- 15+ years relevant digital IP/SoC Design experience
