We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team at Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The role involves assisting shoppers, providing accurate product information, processing transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and support purchases.


• Provide accurate details on pricing, features, and after-sales services.


• Promote sales by cross-selling, upselling, and informing customers about offers.


• Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked and organized.


• Manage transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.


• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service.


• Share customer feedback and insights with management.


• Work towards achieving store sales targets.

Job Requirements


• Graduate with 0.5 – 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive, customer-centric attitude.


• Familiarity with sales techniques and inventory procedures.


• Basic computer knowledge, experience with POS systems preferred.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
