Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with over 5 years of experience to join the analytics team of our prestigious client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, cloud analytics, and business intelligence, specifically with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that empower business users with actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement data models and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models in SAP Datasphere, including data integration, transformation, and optimization for reporting and analytics.

- Dashboard & Report Development: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including SAP and non-SAP systems, into SAP Datasphere for centralized data management and analytics.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize data models, queries, and analytics solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.

- User Training & Support: Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere solutions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units, to understand their data needs and develop tailored analytics solutions.

- Data Governance: Ensure that all data solutions adhere to data governance policies, including data security, privacy, and quality standards.

- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation and deployment of analytics solutions.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics, cloud technologies, and SAP products to continuously improve and innovate solutions.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, analytics, and business intelligence, with a strong focus on SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud) for data modeling, integration, and management.

- Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Experience with SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, or other SAP data management platforms.

- Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes, particularly in the SAP environment.

- Understanding of SQL and data query optimization techniques.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into effective data models and analytics solutions.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management: Experience in managing analytics projects, including scoping, execution, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, or equivalent certifications.

- Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, or logistics where SAP analytics solutions are extensively used.

- Advanced Tools: Familiarity with other SAP tools like SAP BusinessObjects, Lumira, or non-SAP analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
