We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who has deep expertise in and can guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while actively contributing to the codebase.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and .
  • Lead the development team by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Architect scalable and high-performing applications with a focus on front-end (React) optimization and seamless integration with back-end APIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.
  • Implement security, performance, and optimization strategies across the stack.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in JavaScript, React, and full-stack development.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in (hooks, state management, component design, performance optimization).
  • Proficiency in , , and MongoDB with the ability to design RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good To Have

  • Familiarity with or server-side rendering.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
