Were hiring: Onboarding & Learning Specialist – Bengaluru (Hybrid, 4 days WFO)
We believe the first step of an employee's journey is the most important. We're looking for a dynamic Onboarding & Learning Specialist who can deliver engaging onboarding experiences and professional development sessions, while managing the execution of impactful learning programs.
In this role, you will:
Facilitate onboarding and behavioral development sessions (e.g., growth mindset, communication, feedback).
Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs—planning, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Deliver high-quality sessions, both in-person and virtual (Zoom/Teams).
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
7–10 years of experience in Talent Development / L&D or HR roles with strong facilitation focus (not HR Ops or tool/process training).
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Passion for learning, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid, 4 days WFO: Monday–Thursday)
