Job Description

Assistant Manager

Supervise the accounts payable team and oversee day-to-day invoice processingand payments to vendors. ? Ensure accurate entry and processing of invoices in the client portal/ accountingsystem. ? Maintain Customer relationships, resolve invoice discrepancies, and handleclient escalation ? Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations. ? Train and mentor team members, guiding them on best practices and operational improvements. ? Review document processing batches and reconciliations maintaining accuraterecords for reporting and audit purposes.

10+ years of experience in accounts payable, with proven supervisory or leadershipexposure preferred  Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial processes, and complianceprotocols  Proficiency in MS Excel skills

AP knowledge, email handling, Team handling, Client call handling, Preparing reports/ deck, Client escalation handling.
