About the role:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling graphics that communicate our brand messages effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current design trends, possess exceptional creativity, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into impactful visuals.
What You'll Do:
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
- Develop visual content for both digital (social media graphics, website assets, email templates) and print (brochures, flyers, posters) platforms
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity, style guides, and consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with the other teams to ensure design concepts align with the requirements
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure designs meet specifications and deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, and continuously refine design skills and techniques
Who can apply?
- Experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work across various platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in design execution
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
