Job Description :


Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using C# and Rest Sharp to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.


- Design and implement automated test scripts for RESTful APIs, including testing endpoints for functionality, performance, and security.


- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements, identify test scenarios, and define test strategies and approaches.


- Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and regression testing.


- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on test code quality, test coverage, and adherence to coding standards.


- Work closely with quality assurance (QA) analysts and software developers to identify areas for test automation and implement solutions to streamline the testing process.


- Develop and maintain test data sets and test environments, ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the testing process.


- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated test execution and integration with build systems.


- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation, C#, and Rest Sharp, and share knowledge with the team to improve overall testing processes.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 8 -12 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation using C# and Rest Sharp.


- Strong proficiency in C# programming language and experience with .NET framework and related technologies.


- Experience with Rest Sharp or similar libraries for consuming RESTful APIs and performing API testing.


- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.


- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as NUnit, MSTest, or Selenium WebDriver.


- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate test results and findings to stakeholders.
