Specific Responsibilities :


Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days


Technical Skills : Jira expertise


- In-depth knowledge of Jira configuration, customization, and administration.


- Ability to create and manage projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, and permissions.


- Experience implementing Agile methodologies and best practices within Jira.


- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira functionality.


GitHub proficiency :


- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.


- Ability to manage Jira project repositories and code changes in GitHub.


- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines integrating Jira and GitHub.


Terraform understanding :


- Basic knowledge of Terraform infrastructure as code (IaC) tool.


- Ability to automate the provisioning and management of Jira infrastructure using Terraform, if applicable.


ACJA Certification (optional) :


- Holding the Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACJA) certification demonstrates advanced knowledge and expertise in Jira and configuration :


- Install, configure, and maintain Jira instances on-premises or in the cloud.


- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.


- Configure system settings, email notifications, and integrations.


Project management :


- Create and manage Jira projects, workflows, and issue types.


- Customize fields, screens, and permissions for individual projects.


- Implement best practices for project structure and organization.


- Security and administration :


- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.


- Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security.


- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.


User support :


- Provide training and support to users on Jira functionality.


- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Jira access and usage.


- Contribute to user documentation and knowledge base.


Automation and CI/CD :


- Implement automated workflows and triggers within Jira.


- Integrate Jira with external tools and applications using APIs and plugins.


- Utilize Terraform
