Role: Manager – VMD  Job Summary: Should be responsible for managing end-to-end of vendor data management process along with team to achieve the client expectation with clear understanding of business deliverables with desired results, also have managed to work in high-pressure business environment. Your Key Responsibilities: •Good knowledge in Vendor Master Data management.•Proven aptitude in rolling out data governance and data quality and exposure to standard methodologies •Ability to link vendor master data issues/challenges to business processes, problems, and analytics •Shown capability to collaborate, conduct, and lead sessions with Business and IT resources •Be able to handle project delivery / Ops Delivery - timeline and landmark management, partner relationship management. •Understand standards and processes in ERP such as SAP •Develop a point of views, thought leadership content to establish Genpact as a leader in MDM •Experience in Vendor master, create and maintain process, Data Governance. •Excellent written and oral communication skills with the confirmed ability to connect with all levels including management and retail partners. •Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc. •Should have abilities to perform quality audits on timely basis to validate and ensure the process in executed with error free and high-quality data standards. •Ability to drive and monitor SLAs •Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the daily operational work •Taking up escalations & issues, analysis & resolution. •Update /maintain the departmental procedures (SOP’s) tools, and metrics for the master data team•Ensure all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met Monitor and ensure that the company’s master data business rulesThe job title and description does not limit your duties and you may be required to carry out other work within your abilities from time to time on request. Skills and Attributes for Success: •A high level of drive, ability to work independently and deal effectively with ambiguity and change•Business and commercial acumen,•Capable of leading a geographically distributed team in a complex delivery environment,•Attention to detail, and able to produce work of consistently high-quality under pressure,•Strong written and verbal communication skills appropriate to client operational level and senior stakeholders.
