Grades Buddy Hiring – Nursing Writing Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Grades Buddy is seeking a Nursing Writing SME to assist students in preparing high-quality nursing assignments aligned with academic rubrics.

Role Requirements:

• Strong academic background in Nursing or related health sciences.
• Experience in academic writing, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to develop research questions, apply frameworks (PICO, PICo, PEO, SPIDER), and perform literature searches in databases like CINAHL and Medline.
• Proficiency in critical appraisal of nursing research articles (methodology, data collection, strengths, limitations, relevance to nursing practice).
• Strong knowledge of APA 7th referencing.
• Capability to interpret rubrics and deliver work that meets High Distinction criteria.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or guiding students in nursing/health sciences.
• Ability to deliver well-structured, plagiarism-free, and original academic content.
