Nutrition Consultant

Location : 31, Vinayagar Koil St, Kongu Nagar Extension, Palaniappa Nagar, Sowripalayam Pirivu, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, persuasive, and people-centric Nutrition Consultant to represent the HealthifyRx program within Harvey Speciality clinics, working closely with our doctor in OPD. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with patients referred by the doctor, conducting in-person consultations, educating them about the HealthifyRx medically supervised weight loss program (GLP-1 based), and driving on-the-spot conversions.

This role blends clinical counselling with sales ownership and requires strong coordination with the hospital's internal staff and our own operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations:
• Conduct in-person consultations for patients referred by our doctor, explaining the HealthifyRx program structure, benefits, and medical safety.
• Program Education:
• Clearly communicate how the Rx program works, expected outcomes, and what's included — doctor supervision, coaching, medication, and diagnostics.
• Sales Conversion:
• Own the responsibility of converting eligible and interested patients to paying program users during the consultation. Targets will be given.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise effectively with the hospital coordinator and HealthifyRx internal teams to ensure seamless experience and tracking of referrals.
• Follow-ups:
• Follow up with patients who need time or additional clarification before enrollment. Ensure consistent communication and closure.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain clear records of consultations, conversions, and feedback. Share daily/weekly MIS reports with the HealthifyRx team.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics (mandatory), CDE will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical counseling; experience in OPD or hospital setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be persuasive and empathetic
• Comfort with consultative selling and confidence in closing on-the-spot
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders proactively
• Fluent in English and Tamil
