Fraganote is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing and effective designs for various digital marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, composition and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects.


Responsibilities:

1. Fulfil Meta Ads graphic Requirements.

3. Generate visual ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.

4. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

5. Liaise with marketing, project management, and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

6. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for social media grids and stories.

7. Work on new product development and branding.

8. Ensuring creatives are both up to mark in terms of brand aesthetics, functionality and ongoing social trends.


Qualifications:

1. At least one year experience in Graphic Designing & Motion Graphics.

2. Experience in Branding, Packaging and Typography.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premiere Pro, Indesign and XD)

4. In depth knowledge of design fundamentals like Composition, Contrast, Emphasis, Light, Balance, Perspective, etc.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6.Ability to conceptualise and execute creative design solutions.

7. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

8. Experience in Photography or related fields is a plus.
