  • Electrical maintenance:

  • Support maintenance/repair of electrical wiring, switchboards, generator, intercom etc.

  • Support building renovation work with installation of new wiring, lights, fans, TV etc.- AC service experience is a plus

  • Plumbing maintenance:

  • Support maintenance/repair of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.

  • Support building renovation work with installation of bathroom pipes, washbasin, drainage pipes etc.

  • Additional responsibilities:

  • Support building renovation work which may involve minor civil work like wall cutting for new electrical/water pipe laying

  • Maintenance technician capable of performing both electrical and plumbing maintenance will be given preference

  • Work hours are 9AM to 7PM, however on emergency the employee must be willing to work night shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
