Data Migration Engineer (SAS to Pyspark)

- Key role in to successfully migrate data from legacy SAS environments to PySpark-based solutions

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of data processes

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives

- Analyze existing data structures in SAS environments and design strategies for migration to PySpark. Ensure optimized PySpark codes for efficient processing of large volume of data

- Develop and implement ETL processes.

- Ensure the compatibility of data structures and business logic during the migration.

- Conduct comprehensive testing of data migration processes to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

- Strong understanding of databases, data modelling, and ETL processes.

- Strong Programming skills (Python, SQL, SAS, etc.)

- Candidates with experience in BFSI domain are preferred
