Supervisor- Polymerization

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Nylon 6 polymerization process.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth functioning of equipment and product quality.
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and process documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and utilities for uninterrupted production.
• Train and guide operators and junior staff on process control and safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in polymerization or chemical process industry (preferably Nylon or similar polymers).

• Skills:

• Basic understanding of polymer chemistry and process control.

• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Awareness of safety and environmental regulations.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in Nylon 6 or similar polymer manufacturing.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
