PW MedEd is looking for a Strategy Associate Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of medical education.About the RoleAs a Strategy Associate Manager (MBBS/BDS) , you’ll play a crucial role in understanding NEET PG/FMGE aspirants’ journeys, gathering insights, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy Manager, faculty members, and cross-functional teams to innovate content, improve student experiences, and build faculty brands across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Contribution & Product InnovationMap student journeys and identify core challenges across NEET PG/FMGE segments (repeaters, freshers, FMGs).Propose actionable solutions for content improvement, app experience, and GTM strategies.Design and launch product innovations and pilot initiatives.Build dashboards and real-time feedback loops from student touchpoints (app, YouTube, Telegram).2. Faculty Brand Building & Social GrowthCollaborate with faculty to enhance their presence on Instagram and YouTube.Create personal brand strategies, track engagement metrics, and optimize performance.Execute faculty collaborations and viral content campaigns.3. Student Engagement & Community InitiativesManage Telegram communities to offer academic and emotional support.Launch campaigns around key exam milestones and organize online discussions and events.4. YouTube & Content StrategyContribute to YouTube planning, ideation, and performance tracking.Suggest content hooks, thumbnails, and topics aligned with student search trends.5. Feedback Collection & AnalysisConduct surveys, focus groups, and student interviews to gather actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to product and content teams.6.
