Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Shopify applications that integrate with Shopify stores
- Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions
- Ensure the Shopify apps are fully functional, optimized, and aligned with Shopify's best practices and guidelines
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into Shopify apps
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to the apps
- Ensure that all apps are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Shopify development
- Provide support and training to internal teams or clients when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Shopify app development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify's Liquid templating language, Shopify Themes , REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with Shopify's app development frameworks like Shopify CLI and Polaris.
- Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, JWT) for secure API integrations.
- Solid understanding of version control using Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
