Role Description

 The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. This role involves managing all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual communication that aligns with our brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:

Create original graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.

Develop overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, and other visual communications.

Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.

Apply typography techniques to enhance visual appeal.


  • Project Management:

Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.

Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality and adherence to brand standards.

Collaborate with the art director, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual branding.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.


  • Creative Strategy:

Generate fresh concepts and innovative design solutions.

Understand and translate marketing and branding needs into effective design strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.


  • Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with team members to launch designs.

Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into final designs.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
  • Strong aesthetic skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
