We are hiring for Nursing Educator role for Gurugram location.

Role & responsibilities :-

  • Development & implementation of ongoing training plan for Nursing dept. based on
  • requirement and audit findings.
  • Organizing trainings through LMS and tracking attendance
  • Pre & Post training evaluation of the staff
  • Develops and delivers/coordinates other educational programs as directed
  • Conducts/coordinates / assists in the Nursing audits
  • Assist in developing the evidence based policies and protocols to ensure compliance
  • Assist in staff competency assessment, recruitment, deployment & privileging
  • Participates in quality performance improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Qualification - Minimum GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience Yrs. Clinical experience + Minimum 1 year in nursing education / nursing training dept.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area

of nursing expertise.

Ability to assess educational needs and design and develop training content

Good communication Skills

Hand on experience of Microsoft word, excel and PPT
