Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance US Healthcare Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, managing the recruitment process, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs. The recruiter will ensure timely and efficient placements while maintaining high standards of communication.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Hiring processes and techniques
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
