Role Description

This is a full-time AI/ML Engineer role at MuscleMind.ai located in Chennai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI algorithms, enhancing pattern recognition models, working with neural networks, and utilizing statistics and algorithms to optimize solutions.

Experience: 3 to 4 years experience expected (Candidates with lesser experience can apply too)

Expertise Required:

- Agent Stack- OpenAI Swarm- LangChain

Requirements

1. Front-End Technologies

- HTML & CSS: Proficient in web structure and styling.- CSS Frameworks: Experience with Bootstrap, TailwindCSS, or Material-UI.- JavaScript: Strong skills for creating dynamic content and user interactions.- ;React.js: Experience in building scalable UIs with React and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).

2. Back-End Technologies

- Python: Expertise in Python for AI models and backend development.- Django/Flask: Familiar with Django for scalable applications or Flask for microservices.- Relational Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.- RESTful APIs: Ability to design and implement APIs for data exchange.

3. Cloud Services

- AWS/Azure: Experience with cloud platforms for deployment and scaling.- Cloud Deployment: Proficiency in serverless architectures, cloud databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

4. DevOps

- Docker: Experience with containerization for consistent deployments.- CI/CD: Familiarity with automated testing and deployment pipelines.

5. Version Control

- Git & GitHub: Proficient in version control systems and collaborative coding.

6. AI/ML Skills

- Generative AI: Expertise in models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.- Machine Learning: Strong understanding of algorithms like regression and clustering.- Deep Learning: Hands-on experience with CNNs, RNNs, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.- NLP: Proficiency in text processing, sentiment analysis, and language models.

7. AI/ML Frameworks

- Pandas & NumPy: Data manipulation and numerical analysis.- Scikit-learn: Experience with machine learning models and evaluation techniques.- LangChain, spaCy, NLTK: Familiarity with NLP libraries for conversational agents and text processing.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaboration

- Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science) to design and implement AI solutions.

2. Build AI Systems

- Translate business requirements into AI-powered systems and deploy scalable models.

3. Model Evaluation & Deployment

- Evaluate AI models, deploy them on cloud platforms, and monitor performance.- Continuously improve models based on feedback and new data.

4. Maintenance & Optimization

- Maintain and optimize code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.- Ensure AI systems meet performance and operational standards.
