On this mission, we partner with company founders, software engineering leaders and HR leaders to build exceptional software engineering teams. We typically work with high-growth venture-funded startups that are on rapid growth and hiring path. Novoguild started in April 2021 and we work in India and USA.

To further our mission, we are looking for an exceptional, high-energy Technical Recruiter to join our team. You will be closely working with clients in understanding their hiring needs and recruiting high-quality candidates. At the same time, we are highly focused on the candidate experience so you will create a delightful experience with all the candidates you work with.

What you will doPartner with Software Engineering and HR leaders of our clients to understand their hiring goalsAsk intelligent questions to clients and guide them through the hiring processDive deep into the job description, understand the said and unsaid technical requirements and behavior traits expected of candidatesIntelligently shortlist candidates to speak with from candidate databasesSpeak with candidates, show genuine empathy in your interactions and help them make wise career choicesContinuously improve our internal systems and process to make your role easier

Mandatory Job RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment and have recruited for software roles.

Freshers are welcome to apply.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to show initiative and work independentlySelf-starter who is inherently motivated to exceed targetsComputer savvy and proficient with Google Workspace (G suite) and specifically Google Doc, Sheets and Slides.Good analytical skillsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Management, Journalism, Arts or Economics or a related field with an exceptional academic record
