Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.

- Monitor project progress and performance, identify and address issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

- Conduct project post-mortem reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.

- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.

- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standard.

- Must have knowledge of technologies like PHP, WordPress, React Native, ReactJS, Android, etc.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, etc

- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

- Must know how to use project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
