The Role The sleek and modern dining room is illuminated by floor to ceiling windows that offer the best front row views of Sydney Harbour.  With the dim candles glowing and the city lights glistening in the foreground, the stage is set for our patron’s culinary journey and makes it an incredible place to work for industry professionals to learn and grow.  We are on the hunt for career bartenders who have worked in some of Australia’s most elite hatted restaurants and fine dining establishments to come shake, mix and stir with us.
