Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to identify trends and insights.

- Assist in developing HR strategies by analyzing workforce metrics, employee surveys, and other key HR data points.

- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee retention.

- Prepare and present detailed HR reports for leadership, outlining key findings and recommendations.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

- Familiarity with AI and tech-driven environments is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
