Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core + React/Angular + Cloud) | 6–10 Years | P1 Priority | C2H | 1.8 LPM+ We are urgently hiring a Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in backend development using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks such as React.Js or Angular. The ideal candidate will have cloud exposure, strong API development skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model from Bangalore. Role: Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer Priority Level: P1 Experience: 6 – 10 Years Positions: 1 Project Duration: 6 Months (C2H → Conversion to Payroll After 6 Months) Location: Hybrid (3 Days WFO) – Bangalore Only Remote only for candidates currently in listed cities; must visit office when required Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM May require 4-hour overlap with US business hours Rate: 1.8 LPM + Tax Rate may be negotiated based on experience & interview feedback Engagement: C2H Key Skills Required Must-Have Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Solid experience in Frontend Development using React.Js or Angular Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) Experience building and consuming REST APIs or GraphQL APIs Full-stack application project delivery experience Ability to lead technical discussions and guide team members Preferred Experience with React.Js (Go-forward preferred framework) Angular or Vue experience is also acceptable Strong knowledge of Microservices, CI/CD, and modern web architecture Experience in Agile delivery environments Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development using .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks Design, develop, and optimize backend services & APIs (REST/GraphQL) Build responsive and scalable UI components using React.Js / Angular Collaborate with global teams and participate in solution architecture Ensure code quality, conduct reviews, and follow engineering best practices Work closely with product owners, SMEs, QA, and cloud engineers Troubleshoot production issues and support critical deployments
